One of the best ways to save time in Powerpoint is to have the tools/commands you use most at the ready. Powerpoint gives you the option to customize your toolbars by adding buttons for the commands you use most often. In the Tools menu, select customize. You can choose to add more toolbars, or add command buttons to your existing toolbars. A real time saver, and a great way to learn more about Powerpoint's capabilities.
