Rob Monster

Robert W. Monster co-founded and leads Identity.net. In addition, he leads Monster Venture Partners (MVP), an early-stage venture capital firm based in Seattle. Previously, Mr. Monster was the Founder of GMI (Global Market Insite, Inc.), a leading provider of technology-enabled services to the global market research industry. During his tenure as Chairman and CEO, GMI achieved annual revenue growth of 100+% per year and served customers in more than 60 countries.
Prior GMI, Mr. Monster was a global product development manager with Procter & Gamble, leading the development and commercialization of a series of successful new product initiatives throughout Europe, Asia, North America, and Latin America.
Fluent in English, Dutch, and German, Mr. Monster holds a BS and an MBA, both from Cornell University. A winner of the 2005 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in Technology and Software (Pacific Northwest), Rob also serves on the boards of GMI, Healthcare.com, Demoxi, Inc., Clickable.com, WiFi.com, Treedia Labs, and Alerts.com.
Gil Benatar
Founder
Gil Benatar holds a BS from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a MS from Georgia Institute of Technology. Gil formed SlideShow 18 years ago as a service provider for the creation and production of computer generated presentations. Gil later registered slideshow.com as the internet era began to emerge. Gil always envisioned that, one day, companies and individuals would need an easy and secure method of creating and sharing presentations online with their colleagues and friends.
Since the creation of SlideShow, Gil has worked closely with CEOs, COOs and CFOs of Fortune 500 companies. Over the years, Gil has worked as the presentations consultant for companies such as Scotts Miracle-Gro, Nationwide Insurance, Cardinal Health, The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center and others; to create presentations for multi million dollar grants and development capital as well as Board of Directors and Investment presentations. Gil Benatar began his career as co-founder of Advanced Materials Research, Inc. which specialized in ultrasonic welding of composite materials.
Currently, Gil is the president of PowerpointGuru.com and continues to use his vast expertise to consult corporations and individuals on managing and enhancing their presentations.
