Neatcall Mobile Scheduling

Neatcall develops a new way to schedule and initiate all your meetings and online communication directly from your mobile phone. The product finds the optimal time slot for any communication you would like to set with your colleagues. You should use the native app installed on your Android, BlackBerry or iPhone and select the communication you want to set: meeting, phone call, conference call, chat or web meeting. Then you pick the people you want to invite from your contacts list and mark the available time slot in your phone calendar. Neatcall will send the request to all invitees by EMAIL and/or SMS, analyze the responses and suggest you the optimal time slot. At the schedule time Neatcall will send a message with all the details how to be connected to the event. Fast, simple and neat!
